Question Problem with Activating Identity Protection

Hello, Just installed ZA Extreme but when attempting to activate
Identity Protection Service feature, receive invalid url messages:

Server Error in '/' Application.
The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /ordernow.aspx

I spoke to support, they said they're aware of the problem and are working on it but cannot give an estimate of when it'll be corrected. Anyone else have the same problem?

Let us know when the issue is resolved.
Unfortunately ZA staff does not monitor this board, so we are not aware of the fixing in the works.
