Help! ZoneAlarm cant delete this virus

I just got a virus in my computer which is driving me crazy with fake security alert popups and inapropriate website popups. I performed scans but ZoneAlarm cant seem to delete it nor quarantine it. the zonealarm website says it does not recognize this particular threat that I have:

Trojan.Win32.BHO.whc .. labelled as a High alert

how do I get rid of this virus? I have had 15 popups just during the time it took to write this post.

hope someone can help, there is no email link here to alert Zonealarm to this threat, there is only email for specific product questions
