About 24-48 hours ago, my spam filter stopped detecting and removing most of the spam I receive. The filter effectiveness was near 98% and it is now down to about 10%
. Is there something that has changed or is it a setting?Please advise. Thanks. |

I am having the same problem. It was working great until maybe yesterday (Oct 30). Changing the sliders in preferences does not appear to improve things.

catches maybe 5% now, used to catch about 98%. What happened??? Is there a fix or do we need to acquire another product?
